weight is just a number

Weight is just a number and it’s unlikely to be relevant or helpful.

The goal should be body confidence.

Get to a point where you like what you see in the mirror.

Imagine not having to feel like you have to wear that top because it hides the parts of your body you’re not so pleased with.

Imagine discarding that jumper that hides a sweaty shirt underneath caused by the extra weight your carrying around.

You’ve tried everything out there, cutting out stuff from your diet, trying exercise protocols that has been sold as fat burning. All the time you’re not addressing the crux of weight loss, you are wasting time.

Time you could be on track to make yourself feel better, look great and be confident.

When you start to make progress you’ll look back and wish you’d started sooner!
