There is no miracle

Make sure you don’t confuse luck with hard work. 

Its not luck that you have your health, don’t put it down to chance. You should be proud of the work you have put in to stay healthy. Many struggle to achieve this.

You don’t fortunately go to the gym several times a weeks.

Its not happenstance that you control your calorie intake and have a nutritious diet.

Its not serendipitous that you had a uncomplicated birth and have regained your pre -pregnancy body when you are weight training regularly.

Its not a miracle you have recovered so well from illness, it’s because your cells are oxygenated and healthy from exercise.

The miracle is there is no miracle!
