What to Expect

What happens after I sign up?

You will receive a lifestyle questionnaire. Here you will give us all your information needed for your coach to create a bespoke road map for your goals

When we receive your questionnaire you will be sent out your bespoke plans within 24 – 48 hours

Receive your custom plan and access to the member’s area which includes recipes and video modules explaining your program.

Your journey begins. Track your progress with The Better Body Co. app and receive online support through the weekly check-ins
