    I love how this training plan fits in with my monthly cycle, I really appreciate the quicker workout on that week I’m not feeling as energised. I had a bad back prior to starting and despite lifting heavier each week, my back pain is much better. Most importantly, my waist is noticeable smaller and my arms look more toned. Thank you!
