It’s just a number

First of all don’t be too concerned with weight. 

If you weighed yourself on the moon you would weigh considerably less than you do here on earth. Would you still be unhappy with your body? Yep.

Have a look at other measurements that you would be happy with seeing a change in, like waist size, or dress size. Clothing fit is a great one because it’s very rewarding to fit back into that old outfit from yester year.

Don’t get too hung up on being a certain weight. If you were to weigh only a couple of pounds less than you currently are but you looked amazing then we bet you wouldn’t care what the scales say!

A great motivator would be hanging up that dress, pair of trousers that you used to fit in and put it somewhere you see everyday.
