It’s a tracking issue

If you claim ‘you have tried tracking your calories before and it hasn’t worked’ have a look at the accuracy of your tracking!

Check your tracking app by going back a few weeks, see if you are actually tracking consistently. Are there days missing?, meals missing etc? Have a look to see if you are missing out licks, dips and oils.

Then the next thing to consider is why you are not in a calorie deficit (if you were you would be losing weight). This is usually due to an over estimation of activity.

Where you started off the year going to the gym 4 times a week has now dwindled down to 2 sessions per week, or maybe you’re no longer walking to work as much as you once were.

Being honest with yourself will get you results.
