I want to get toned

Have you ever said to yourself ‘I want to get toned’

Let me clear this up there is no such thing as ‘toned’!

It’s just a mis understanding, someone has come up with this stupid term and although you may have said to your self ‘I want to get toned’, you don’t know what the fuck it means.

Let me help you to understand this thing that you want, that you don’t understand.

‘Toned’ is just you having low enough body fat to expose developed muscle underneath it. That’s it!

*

You need to achieve 2 things; lower body – fat from a calorie deficit, develop muscle – from resistance training.

*

Understand? Good, now get on with it!
