How hormones help and hinder

Men, you have got it easy compared to women when it comes to exercise.

As men it’s pretty simple with regards to your training, your gym program can be pretty similar and you can yield good results from it, as men’s hormones are pretty steady.

Women on the other hand, your training schedule will have to differ to get best results, as your hormones levels are a lot more up and down. Like, theme park ride up and down!

Women’s cycle’s means that they will be stronger one week (just before ovulation) when testosterone is highest and weaker the following week, when testosterone drops, water retention and cramps and all that other bullshit you have to deal with kicks in.
