Having a plan

It’s easy to exercise when you’re motivated, in a good mood etc. It’s when you don’t feel like it that is the test.

Long day at work, feeling tired from last nights poor sleep, your gym buddycanceled on you?

Then before you know it you haven’t been to the gym for a while and your diet has gone to ratshit!

When you’re looking for motivation to keep on going look back to the start.

What was the reason you started lifting weights, bought those running shoes, joined that exercise class, started eating better?!

When you feel like throwing in the towel, remember why you started and maybe you can rekindle that motivation.
Maybe you started out, didn’t get the results you were hoping for and got disheartened? Were you going at it from doing what you thought would work or tried out the latest fad that you saw in the Daily Mail?

First and foremost you should have a plan! Gets some guidance and achieve what it is that you want to achieve. Because a goal without a plan is just a wish.
