Exercise for fat loss

So you’ve been trying to lose weight for a while now and the results haven’t been happening for you.

You’ve been at the gym working hard, doing your legs, bums and tums classes, boxercise, and lots of running on the treadmill.

You feel great for it and yes you’ve improved your health but your goal of weight loss isn’t happening.

You are now wondering is it worth it?, should I just quit? why is it not working for me? maybe weight loss is impossible?!

Before you quit, which is the worst thing you could do! Know that the reason you haven’t lost any weight is that you haven’t addressed the root of the problem.

Calorie intake!

There is a hole in your boat and you are more concerned with which bucket to use to pale the water out than you are about plugging the hole!

Plug the hole!
