Don’t want to get too big or bulky

Have you ever said or heard someone else say ‘I don’t want to do weights because I don’t want to get too big or too bulky’?

Worrying about getting big muscles – It’s kind of like worrying about driving your car in case you turn into a formula one driver 😂.

To gain considerable mass/size takes years of work and a hours of training on a daily basis. Big muscles are not going to sneak up on you overnight!

Muscle building aside, you picking up a dumbbell once in a while and performing a few reps is very good for your health. You get stronger, physically and mentally plus you will develop a good physique (over time).
