7 steps to your goal body

Here are 7 steps you can take to help you achieve your goal body.

Set a goal, write it down, make it specific! i.e. I want to lose 10 kg of body fat in 4 months.

Have a plan for how you are going to achieve said goal.

Look at which exercises are the most enjoyable to you, that way you are more likely to stick to them.

Start immediately, waiting for the start of the year or the ideal time is flawed. There is never going to be an ideal time to start, get on with it.

Nutrition planning! If your goal is weight loss you must have an understanding of how important diet is!

Have a buddy system. Going it alone is tough and you don’t have someone keeping you accountable. A fitness professional will give you technique guidance, push you and plan the best exercises for your goal.

Stick to it! If you expect results tomorrow prepare for disappointment. Adherence is the biggest test! How are you going to stick to your exercise and nutrition plan?
