The Blame Game

What you think is stopping you losing weight:

Carbs (nope there is no correlation between a high carb diet and fat gain, in fact the opposite has shown to be true)
Thyroid (Your metabolism may be down regulated slightly but that’s not the reason)
Big bones (It’s not the bones it’s the body fat covering the bones)
Slow metabolism (it’s not slow, it’s relevant to you as an individual)

What is actually stopping you from losing weight:

Lack of self control
Over indulgence
Ignorant of calories
Overestimating your calorie expenditure
Rewarding yourself with food
Poor food choices

It’s easy to lie to yourself and justify to yourself or blame other things as to why you’re not where you want to be.

If you blame other things for you not achieving the desired results, you’re never going to be in control of an outcome. Because you are blaming things you have no control over.

Take responsibility for everything, good or bad. You can celebrate and take credit for the wins and the achievements but you must also take responsibility when it doesn’t go your way.

Know that you are 100% in control of your weight
