The healthy food trap

So you’ve decided to address your weight gain problem and you’re eating lots of healthy food to encourage weight loss!

By that same logic the more ‘healthy food’ you eat the more weight you will lose?!


Oh wait, you are serious? 

Prepare for disappointment. Eating healthy food doesn’t equate to weight loss! You can’t just eat your problems away. That’s what got you into this mess in the first place.

A calorie deficit is the only thing that equates to weight loss.
