Consider the fact you can consume a calorie dense food like a pizza slice 🍕 (300kcals+) in 1 minute, expending that amount of calories would take an hour jogging on a treadmill.
Over consuming calories and trying to claw it back through exercise is ridiculous. Thinking ‘I can eat this treat or drink this cocktail, I’ll just burn it off at the gym’ is flawed.
Instead focus on something that is controllable, like recording what you’re shoving in your cake hole on a daily basis.
