Today we are looking at a concept that will effect your diet. The concept is that emotions rule!
Your diet is cultivated over years of habits. The meals you ate growing up, your religion or faith, the food sold in shops in close proximity of your home or work.
Then we add into that some variables such a stress, tiredness, sickness.
Your emotional state will supersede all of these factors. Stress from work, relationships, events will override your diet choices if you are not conscious of your eating.
Only when you address the issue that is causing your bad relationship with food and drink can you change your diet long term.
