Healthy eating doesn’t equal weight loss, nor does clean eating or paleo diets.
People set out with the best intentions to lose weight, so they begin eating healthy. Unfortunately a lot of people don’t realise that unless you are burning off more calories than you are consuming, fat loss will not happen!
If you’re eating healthy and not losing weight (staying the same weight) you are in an energy balance.
To lose weight, you would need to tip that balance into a deficit. You could do this by reducing intake (calories) or increasing output (exercise).
