Did you know you don’t have to cut out carbs to lose weight!
People claim that ‘cutting out carbs’ or going ‘Keto’ is the reason that they have lost body fat.
Cutting out carbs is not the reason for the weight loss, it is just a method of achieving a calorie deficit.
When you cut out carbs you are in essence shaving a few hundred calories off your day by omitting a macronutrient.
The same would work if you cut out fats.
The problem being is that when you cut out a macronutrient your body will respond in a negative fashion.
You will function much better by keeping carbohydrates in your diet. You can still achieve the body you want from simply reducing calories. Plus what would a life be without bread, cake or donuts?
