Are you over estimating your calorie expenditure (thinking you are more active than you actually are) and because of that you think your calorie intake should be higher than it needs to be.
You told your calorie tracker that you go to the gym 5 times a week when you started. You walked to work and would always take the stairs over the escalator.
Ask yourself are you consistently doing those 5 sessions or has it dropped down to 3 sessions, maybe less? You were walking to work but now you’re driving, you used to take the stairs all the time but now you’re now humming along to the elevator music.
That could be the reason you’re not losing weight! Your calories have been worked out to a certain expenditure and your doing way less.
Going forward let’s look at what you need to do. It’s real easy! Increase expenditure back to what it was or decrease calorie intake target.
